In 2012, we took the leap. Two directors with deep corporate backgrounds, spanning BHP, major infrastructure programs, and complex government delivery — left secure roles to build something different.
We'd spent years working on dozens of projects and assessing hundreds more. Big and small. Infinitely complex and relatively simple. We'd been leaders, team members, contractors, consultants and independent reviewers. We'd seen projects succeed, fail, and everything in between.
What we learnt is that the difference between a good project and a great one is almost never technical. Scope, cost and time are always project fundamentals — but the greater difference is made through leadership, teamwork and honest communication. We founded PQ to offer a better way. One that puts people first.
